| Amendments to this Constitution shall require two-thirds majority approval by each of: | 本規約の改正は次のそれぞれから 3分の2以上の多数の承認を得なければならない。 | |||||
| (a) | the World Council, and | (a) | ワールドカウンシル、および | |||
| (b) | the membership replying to a ballot published from the Head Office of the Association. | (b) | 本協会の本部事務所が行う投票に対して、メンバーから返信された投票。 | |||
| Only those votes received within three months from the date of publication of the proposed change shall be valid. | ただし、提出された改正案を公開してから 3ヶ月以内に受信した投票のみを有効とする。 | |||||
