| Any dispute arising in relation to fleets, districts, regions, eligibility to race, interpretation of this constitution or the ILCA bylaws or similar matter, other than any dispute as to the interpretation of the ILCA Class Rules or any matter within the jurisdiction of the applicable racing rules, may be made to the World Council | ILCAクラスルールの解釈についての論争または適用されるレーシングルールの管轄範囲内のものを除き、フリート、地区、地域、レース参加資格、本規約または ILCA付則または同様のものの解釈に関連して起こるあらゆる紛争は、ワールドカウンシルに上告することができる。 | |||
