11. SUSPENSION AND REMOVAL FROM OFFICE | |
11. 資格の一時剥奪と解任 |

| (1) | A member may be suspended by the World Council, on the recommendation of a District Association, for gross violation of the ILCA Class Rules or bylaws, for committing an unlawful act in relation to the Association or one of its members, or for any unsportsmanlike conduct contrary to the interests of the members of the Association. | | |
(1) | ILCAクラスルールまたは付則への重大な違反、協会またはメンバーへの違法行為、または協会メンバーの利益に反するようなスポーツマンらしくない行為を行ったメンバーは、地区協会の勧告によりワールドカウンシルはそのメンバー資格を一時的に剥奪することができる。 | |
| | The duration of the suspension shall be fixed by the World Council and a suspended member shall during such period be precluded from racing or enjoying any other rights of membership. | | |
| 資格剥奪期間はワールドカウンシルにより決定され、そのメンバーはその期間中レースに参加することやメンバーが本来受けるべき他の権利を享受することはできない。 | |

| (2) | A World Council member, an officer or advisor of ILCA, a Regional or District officer, or other representative of ILCA may be removed from office by the World Council for a willful and unjustifiable act of commission or omission, or derogatory or unprofessional behavior or communications detrimental to the Association, the Objects of the Association, or to its members, employees or volunteers. | | |
(2) | ワールドカウンシルメンバー、ILCAの役員もしくは顧問、地域もしくは地区役員、または他の ILCA代表が、協会、協会の器物、またはそのメンバー、職員もしくはボランティアに対して有害で、故意および正当化できない作為もしくは不作為の行為、または軽蔑的もしくはプロフェッショナルらしくない振る舞いもしくはコミュニケーションを行った場合は、ワールドカウンシルはこれを解任することができる。 | |

| (3) | Any action taken by the World Council under this clause requires a two-thirds majority vote. | | |
