| 16. | The World Council may make By-Laws for the purpose of carrying out the objects of this Constitution and of the Association and, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, may make By-Laws | 16. | ワールドカウンシルは本規約および本協会の目的を遂行するために、本規約および本協会の一般性と上記項目の一般性に限定されることなく、下記に関する付則を作成することができる。 | |||||
