Any dispute arising in relation to fleets, districts, regions, eligibility to race, the interpreting of this Constitution, the By-Laws or similar matter, other than any dispute as to the interpretation of the Rules or any protest within the jurisdiction of the applicable racing rules, may be made to the World Council

クラスルールの解釈についての論争または適用されるレーシングルールの管轄範囲内の抗議を除き、フリート、地区、地域、レース参加資格、本規約や付則または同様のものの解釈に関連して起こるあらゆる紛争は、ワールドカウンシルに上告することができる。

whose decision shall be final and binding.

その決定は最終的なものであり拘束力を持つ。
