The use of flexible adhesive tape or similar, line or heat shrink tube is permitted to secure shackle pins and clips, and to bind sheets, control lines and rigging,   柔軟性のある粘着テープまたは類似のもの、またはラインや熱収縮チューブを、シャックルピンやクリップが抜けないように固定したり、シートやコントロールライン、リギンを束ねたりするために使用してもよい。 
 
 
 
 
 
 
except that tape or line shall not be used to construct new fittings or modify the function of existing fittings.   ただし、そのテープまたはラインは、新しい艤装品をつくったり、既存の艤装品の機能を変更するために使用してはならない。
