| The District Association shall be comprised of a | | |
本協会は、次の役員で組織されるものとする。 | |

| (a) | District Chairman who shall be responsible for the co-ordination of all activities of the District Association within the District, shall represent the District at Annual Meetings of the Region in accordance with the Constitution of the International Laser Class Association, | | |
(a) | 会長は、地区内における地区協会のすべての活動を調整し、国際レーザークラス協会規約にしたがって開催される地域年次総会で地区(日本)代表にあたること。 | |
| | shall chair all Annual Meetings of the District Association, | | |
| 地区内(国内)での協会のすべての年次総会での議長を務めること。 | |
| | and shall otherwise perform the normal functions of the senior officer within the District; | | |
| および、地区上級役員としての通常職務を遂行することに責任を負う。 | |

| (b) | District Vice Chairman who shall act in the place instead of the Chairman in the event of his inability or refusal to act and in addition he shall be the Sailing Secretary of the District and be responsible for the development of District racing programmes of all kinds, the supervision of sanctioned events, and co-ordination with other Sailing Secretaries of all inter-District racing; | | |
(b) | 副会長は、会長が無能であったり、拒否した場合に、会長に代わって業務を遂行、加えて地区のセーリングセクレタリーを兼任し、地区内(国内)のすべてのレース計画の進展、協会公認イベントの監督、およびすべての地区間のレースにおいて、他の地区のセーリングセクレタリーとの調整に責任を負う。 | |

| (c) | District Secretary who shall be responsible for maintaining all membership and other records and correspondence of the District Association, the preparation of the District Newsletter, if any, and shall otherwise carry out such responsibilities as may be assigned to him by the District Chairman; | | |
(c) | セクレタリーは、本協会のすべてのメンバー資格、記録、通信等の保管、地区ニュースレターがあればそれの準備、および会長が与える職務の遂行に責任を負う。 | |

| (d) | District Treasurer who shall be responsible for determination of the entitlement of applicants to membership in accordance with Paragraph 10 of the Constitution, the collection of dues to be levied for membership in accordance with Section 11 of the said Constitution, the maintenance of all accounts to the District membership thereon and preparation of an annual financial statement for the membership; and | | |
(d) | 会計は、国際レーザークラス協会規約の 10項 に照らして、申し込み者のメンバー資格を決定し、また 11項 にしたがい、メンバーに課せられる会費を徴収し、メンバーにかかるすべての会計を維持し、かつメンバー資格の年次会計報告を準備することに責任を負う。 | |

| (e) | District Measurer, if one is appointed by the Chief Measurer of the International Laser Class Association, who shall carry out the responsibilities set forth in subparagraph (6) of paragraph 8 of the Constitution. | | |
(e) | メジャラー(計測員)は、国際レーザークラス協会の主任メジャラーが指名する者である場合は、国際レーザークラス協会規約の 8(6)項 に定める責務を励行する。 | |

| The District Association may appoint such additional officers to perform such duties or to carry out such special projects as may from time to time be determined by the District Association | | |
本協会は、職務達成または、時に応じて定める特別計画の遂行に必要ならば、追加役員を指名することができる。 | |
| and they shall hold office for such term as it may determine. | | |
追加役員の任期は随時決定される。 | |

| The District Association may appoint such committees, as may be deemed appropriate from time to time to carry out the functions and duties as are prescribed by the District Association; and the District Chairman shall be a member ex-officio of any committee so established. | | |
本協会は、本協会所定の職務任務の遂行上、必要とみなされれば委員会を設立することができ、会長は設立されるどの委員会でもその職権上の委員の一人となるものとする。 | |
