29. レーザー 4.7
 
(a)The Laser 4.7 sail and bottom mast as supplied by a licensed Builder shall conform to the measurement diagrams which form part of these Rules.   (a)正規のビルダーから供給されるレーザー4.7のセールとボトムマストは、クラスルールの一部である計測図に適合している。 
 
(b)The Laser 4.7 rig may be used in any Laser regatta subject to the conditions in 29 (c) and any restrictions in the Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions.   (b)レーザー4.7リグは、クラスルール 29(c) の条件、レースの公示および帆走指示書に示された制約にしたがうかぎり、どのレーザーレガッタでも使用できる。 
 
(c)The Laser 4.7 rig may only be used in District Championships and higher level regattas when prescribed in the Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions.   (c)ディストリクト選手権(日本では全日本選手権)およびそれ以上のレベルのレガッタでは、レースの公示と帆走指示書の両方で使用が認められた場合にのみ、レーザー4.7リグを使用することができる。
 
(d)In a series of races a Laser 4.7 rig shall not be changed for a Laser or Laser Radial rig.   (d)レーザー4.7リグを、シリーズ途中でレーザーやレーザーラジアルリグに変更してはならない。 
 A series is 2 or more races that count towards an overall points total.    シリーズとは、総得点にカウントされる 2本またはそれ以上のレースをいう。 
 
(e)SAIL REGISTRATION NUMBERS    (e)セール登録番号 
 
 Rules 4(b), 4(c) and 4(f) shall be amended to read as follows:    クラスルール 4(b)、4(c) および 4(f) を、次のように変更する。 
 
 4(b) On Laser 4.7 sails all numbers shall be in accordance with the Racing Rules of Sailing and shall be of the following minimum dimensions:    4(b)レーザー4.7のセール番号のすべての数字は、セーリング競技規則(RRS)および次の最小寸法に適合していなければならない。 
 
  Height 220 mm.     高さ 220mm。 
 
  Width 150 mm excluding No.1.     幅 150mm (数字の 1 を除く)。 
 
  Thickness 30 mm.     太さ 30mm。 
 
  Note: Optimist Class legal numbers conform to this rule.     注: オプティミストクラスの規定のセール番号の数字はこのルールに適合する。 
 
  The maximum height to conform is 240 mm.     その最大の高さは 240mm である。 
 
 
 
  Space between adjoining numbers / letters and rows minimum 30 mm.     隣接する数字または文字の左右・上下の間隔 最小 30mm。 
 
  Sail numbers shall be regularly spaced.     セール番号の数字の間隔は均等でなければならない。 
 
  Numbers on the starboard side shall be placed above those on the port side.     スターボード側のセール番号はポート側よりも上になければならない。 
 
  Each number digit shall be one colour only.     セール番号の各桁の数字は、それぞれ 1色でなければならない。 
 
  The numbers shall be solid and easy to read.     セール番号の数字は、輪郭の内部が塗りつぶされたもので、容易に読めなければならない。 
 
 4(c)For Laser 4.7 sails with numbers above 153000 and sails purchased after 1st June 1993 the sail numbers shall be glued or sewn on each side of the sail, with the bottom of the starboard numbers placed along the top edge of the seam below the middle batten pocket (+ 12 mm).    4(c)セール番号が 153000 以降のセール、および 1993年6月1日以降に購入したレーザー4.7のセールのセール番号は、セールの両面に接着されるか縫いつけられ、スターボード側のセール番号の下端はミドルバテンポケット下にあるシームの上端 (+12mm) に沿っていなければならない。 
  The port side numbers shall be placed along a line 270 mm below and parallel to the bottom of the starboard side numbers.     ポート側のセール番号は、スターボード側のセール番号の下端と平行かつ 270mm 下に引いた直線に沿っていなければならない。 
  The starboard side numbers shall commence 100 mm (+ or - 12 mm) from the leech and the port side numbers shall end 100 mm (+ or - 12 mm) from the leech.     スターボード側のセール番号はリーチから 100 (±12) mm のところから始まり、ポート側のセール番号はリーチから 100 (±12) mm のところで終わっていなければならない。 
 
  (Refer to sail number application diagram for procedure for applying numbers & letters)     (セール番号の取付方法は、セール番号および文字取付位置図を参照のこと) 
 
 4(f)National letters, if required, shall conform to the same type, size, spacing and requirements as Laser 4.7 numbers (refer rule 28 (e) 4 (b)).    4(f) 国を示す文字が要求される場合、その字体、大きさ、間隔その他は、レーザー 4.7のセール番号と同じ条件に適合しなければならない(クラスルール 28(e)※ の 4(b) を参照のこと)。(※ 29(e) 4(b) のこと) 
 
  For all Laser 4.7 sails with numbers from 190000, and for sails purchased from 1 April 2006 onwards, The bottom of the starboard side letters shall be placed along a line 270 mm below and parallel to the bottom of the numbers on the port side and start 100 mm (+ or –12 mm) from the leech.     セール番号が 190000 以降のすべてのレーザー4.7セール、および 2006年4月1日以降に購入されたセールでは、スターボード側の文字の下端はポート側のセール番号の下端と平行かつ 270mm 下に引いた直線に沿っていなければならず、リーチから 100 (±12) mm のところから始まっていなければならない。 
  The bottom of the letters on the port side shall be placed along a line 270 mm below and parallel to the bottom of the letters on the starboard side and finish 100 mm (+ or –12 mm) from the leech.     ポート側の文字はスターボード側の文字の下端と平行かつ 270mm 下に引いた直線に沿っていなければならず、リーチから 100 (±12) mm のところで終わっていなければならない。 
 
  For Laser 4.7 sails with numbers under 190000 that were purchased before 1 April 2006, they may be placed as above or along the same line, 270 mm below and parallel to the bottom of the numbers on the port side, on opposite sides of the sail.     セール番号 190000 未満のすべてのレーザー4.7セール、および 2006年4月1日以前に購入されたセールでは、文字は上述のとおりに、またはポート側のセール番号の下端と平行かつ 270mm 下に引いた直線に沿ってセールの両面に位置しなければならない。 
  The letters on the port side shall be closer to the leech than those on the starboard side, with the port side letters finishing 100 mm (+ or – 12 mm) from the leech.     後者の場合、ポート側の文字はスターボード側の文字よりもリーチ側になければならず、かつ、ポート側の文字はリーチから 100 (±12) mm のところで終わっていなければならない。 
 
  National Letters shall be required at all World Championships, Regional Championships and events described as international events in the notice of race or sailing instructions.     世界選手権、地域(リジョン)選手権、およびレース公示や帆走指示書に国際大会であることが明記された大会では、国を示す文字をつけることが要求されなければならない。 
  National Letters may be required at any other regatta by the notice of race or sailing instructions.     それ以外の大会でも、レース公示や帆走指示書によって国を示す文字が要求される場合がある。 
  The letters shall all be the same colour, which may be one of the colours of the digits of the sail number, or another distinctive colour.     文字はすべて同じ色で、その色はセール番号の色のひとつと同色、またははっきりと異なる別の色でなければならない。 
 
(f)MAST   (f)マスト 
 
 Rule 5 shall be amended to read as follows:    クラスルール 5 を次のように変更する。 
 
 5The Laser 4.7 bottom mast is supplied with a pre-bend aft of approximately 5 degrees.    5レーザー4.7のボトムマストは、後方に 約5度プリベンドした状態で供給される。 
  The pre-bend shall not be increased or decreased.     このプリベンドは増減させてはならない。 
  No top mast that has permanent bend in it shall be used at any time.     永久的に曲がったトップマストは、どんな場合でも使用してはならない。 
 
(g) CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT   (g)衣類と装備品 
 
 Rule 6(a) shall be amended to read as follows:    クラスルール 6(a) を次のように変更する。 
 
 6(a)In alteration of RRS 43.1 (b) the maximum total weight of competitors clothing and equipment shall be 8 kg.    6(a)RRS 43.1(b) を変更し、競技者の衣類と装備の最大合計重量は 8kg とする。
