| In the case of a dispute alleging non-compliance with the Construction Manual, the matter, together with any relevant information, shall be referred to the Chief Measurer of the International Laser Class Association at the International Office who shall give a final ruling in consultation with a World Sailing Technical Officer. | 艇が建造マニュアルに適合していないという異議申し立てがあった場合には、その事実にすべての関連資料を添えて、World Sailing のテクニカルオフィサーと協議のうえで最終的な判定をくだす国際レーザークラス協会のチーフメジャラーへ報告しなければならない。 | |||
| In the case of a measurement dispute on the hull, spars, sail, battens, centreboard and rudder, rigging, type of fittings and equipment and the placing of same not explicitly covered by these Rules, Measurement Diagrams and Measurement Bylaws the following procedure shall be adopted: | 艇体、スパー、セール、バテン、センターボード、ラダー、リギン、艤装品や装備のタイプと位置に関する計測上の問題がおこり、クラス規則、計測図、計測付則に明確な規定がない場合には、次の方法で計測を行なわなければならない。 | |||

| The dimensions of the disputed boat shall be equal to, or between the maximum and minimum dimensions obtained from these 10 boats. | 問題の艇の計測値は、この 10艇から得られた最大値または最小値に等しいか、または、その間になければならない。 | |||
